Welcome to the Sharp Performance Top Prospect platform. By accessing or using this website and its services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. Services

Sharp Performance LLC ("we," "us," "our") operates the Top Prospect Exposure Camp and related services, including athlete nominations, event registration, scheduling, and communications. This platform facilitates those services for athletes, parents/guardians, coaches, and media members.

2. Eligibility

The Top Prospect event is open to high school football athletes in the graduating classes specified for each event year. Athletes under 18 must have parent or guardian consent to register and participate.

3. Registration & Payment

  • Registration fees are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by Sharp Performance.
  • Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment provider (Stripe).
  • Sharp Performance reserves the right to approve or deny any registration at its sole discretion.

4. Nominations

Coaches, media members, and other authorized individuals may nominate athletes for Top Prospect. A nomination does not guarantee acceptance or registration. Sharp Performance reserves the right to evaluate and approve all nominations.

5. Athlete Data & Hudl Highlights

By registering, athletes and their parents/guardians consent to:

  • Sharing of Hudl highlights and athletic data with college coaches and recruiting contacts
  • Use of athlete name, likeness, school, and performance data in promotional materials and social media
  • Creation of branded highlight videos for social media distribution

6. Communications

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive email and SMS communications from Sharp Performance related to:

  • Event updates, reminders, and logistics
  • Recruiting information and opportunities
  • Sharp Football Academy information (for non-academy athletes)
  • Post-event results and follow-up

You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying "STOP." You may opt out of email by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email.

7. Assumption of Risk

Athletic activities carry inherent risks of injury. By registering for and participating in Top Prospect, athletes and their parents/guardians acknowledge and accept these risks. Sharp Performance takes reasonable precautions to ensure safety, but is not liable for injuries sustained during the event.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Sharp Performance LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

Sharp Performance LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this platform or participation in our events. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for registration.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
